Located at 244 rue des Cormorans, slightly below the road, 13 terraced bungalows, all ground floor, type studio of 18m² equipped for 4 people.
For a reasonable price, the bungalows are designed to be practical, all at your fingertips, most of the holidays taking place outside.
The rental also includes a parking space and access to the local launderette (tokens machine) at the entrance of the residence, next to the reception.
Outside
Each studio has a private outdoor terrace sheltered by sunblind and provided with table, 4 chairs and two deckchairs.
Inside
The main room with one bed for 2 sleeping and 2 bunk beds, 1 lamp, 2 small spots, a large shelf fitted with a folding table where 4 people can eat, a wardrobe and storage Furniture, a bench and two chairs.
Kitchen area includes a top fridge, a small oven and two electric burners, a sink, storage space, kitchen utensils and crockery (6 covers) with small high window
A small bathroom space with shower and basin closed by a shower curtain and WC with small high window.
The bath-kitchen area is separated from the main room by a curtain.
Regarding the bedding we provide 3 mattress covers, 3 bolsters protections, 3 polar blankets. You must bring your own sheets, towels and tea towels.(Sheets rental in option)
Front door is a glass door, there is also a large window, all is protected from outside with blackout curtains
